Last revised: March 24, 2026  ·  Effective: March 24, 2026

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before engaging Precision Architect CNC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") for any manufacturing, prototyping, or engineering services. By submitting a Request for Quotation (RFQ) or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, submitting an RFQ, or entering into a purchase agreement with Precision Architect CNC, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you are acting on behalf of a company or legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

2. Services Description

Precision Architect CNC provides high-precision CNC machining services, including but not limited to:

  • 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC milling
  • CNC turning and Swiss-style turning
  • Rapid prototyping and iterative design support
  • Post-processing (anodizing, plating, heat treatment)
  • Design for Manufacturability (DFM) consulting

We reserve the right to decline any order that we determine, in our sole discretion, we are unable to fulfill to specification or that conflicts with applicable law.

3. Orders & Quotations

All quotations provided by Precision Architect CNC are valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing. A quotation does not constitute a binding contract.

A binding purchase agreement is formed only upon our written confirmation of your purchase order. We reserve the right to reject or modify any order at any time prior to such confirmation.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and final technical drawings (STEP, DXF, PDF) at the time of order confirmation.
  • Any changes to drawings or specifications after order confirmation may result in revised pricing and extended lead times.
  • Cancellations requested after production has commenced may be subject to a cancellation fee covering costs incurred.

4. Intellectual Property

All technical drawings, CAD models, and design files submitted to us remain the sole intellectual property of the submitting party. We will not reproduce, share, or use such files for any purpose other than fulfilling your order.

Nothing in these Terms grants Precision Architect CNC any ownership or license rights to your designs beyond what is required for order fulfillment. We will not manufacture parts based on your designs for any third party without your explicit written consent.

5. Confidentiality

We treat all customer-submitted technical data, drawings, and commercial information as strictly confidential. Our employees and subcontractors involved in your order are bound by appropriate confidentiality obligations.

Upon request, we are happy to execute a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to the submission of any sensitive technical information.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Precision Architect CNC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

7. Warranties

We warrant that all parts will be manufactured in accordance with the drawings and specifications confirmed at the time of order. In the event of a non-conformance, our sole obligation shall be, at our option, to re-manufacture or provide a credit for the non-conforming parts.

All warranty claims must be submitted in writing within thirty (30) days of receipt of goods, accompanied by supporting documentation (e.g., CMM reports or photographic evidence).

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If unresolved within sixty (60) days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via our website with an updated "Last Revised" date. Continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
